STARKVILLE, Miss. — Georgia football played in two prime-time games this season and four times in the 3:30 p.m. window, but gets its earliest kickoff of the season against Mississippi State.
The 12 p.m. ET start on Saturday Nov. 8 is an 11 a.m. kick local time at Davis Wade Stadium.
“I don’t really mind it because after you play, you get the rest of the day to yourself,” Georgia defensive lineman Joseph Jonah-Ajonye said .”The whole process to that is just making sure you eat good the day before, you get lots of sleep. Make sure your mind is right, your body is right.”
The fifth-ranked Bulldogs from Athens are a marquee opponent.
Mississippi State coach Jeff Lebby wanted to make sure fans in the stands are rooting for his Bulldogs.
So he said he purchased 500 tickets in a stadium
