SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Good morning KELOLAND! Many of us are waking up to our first snow of the season as an Alberta Clipper moves in! A Winter Weather Advisory has gone into effect for southeastern KELOLAND and the Black Hills.

This is going to be our first round of precipitation for today and another one will be on the way by this afternoon. Highs will be in the 30s and 40s which will allow a transition back to rain for certain areas, but by the evening, snow will return. We will be keeping an eye on these temperature profiles as it could affect what kind of precipitation falls and how much.

Currently, the best chance for snow accumulations of for the rest of the day is going to be in eastern KELOLAND.
