A 19-year-old Seattle-area man has been charged in connection with the suspected terrorism plot over Halloween weekend in Metro Detroit, NBC News reports . He is the eighth person charged in the alleged plot targeting LGBTQ+-friendly clubs in Ferndale.

The FBI on Wednesday arrested Saed Ali Mirreh, a U.S. citizen from Kent, Washington.

He faces one count of conspiracy to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization (ISIS) and one count of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, NBC reports.

NBC reports that authorities allege he was in contact with seven other suspects in the case.
