COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - One person is recovering after a motorcycle crash early Saturday morning.
According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers were dispatched at 3 a.m. to the 5100 block of Barnes Road on a report of a single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
Officers determined that the motorcycle was travelling westbound on Barnes Road when the crash occurred.
Police said the driver of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Barnes Road was closed temporarily for eastbound traffic at Iron Horse Trail while officers investigated the crash, and all lanes reopened at 4:45 a.m.
CSPD has not released the cause of the crash.
