LUBBOCK, Texas – BYU football faces its most challenging test of the season when it takes the Jones AT&T Stadium turf against the ninth-ranked Texas Tech Red Raiders.
No. 7 BYU faces No. 8 Texas Tech on Saturday, November 8. Kickoff is at 10 a.m. MT.
This is the third matchup between the two programs, with each team defending its home field. BYU won the only matchup since joining the Big 12, handing the Red Raiders a 27-14 loss in Provo in 2023.
Texas Tech’s only loss this season was a wild 26-22 comeback by Arizona State in mid-October. The Red Raiders won their next two games by a combined score of 87-20.
BYU is one of four remaining unbeaten teams in FBS. They are joined by No. 1 Ohio State, No. 2 Indiana, and No. 3 Texas A&M.
