Kenneth Faried will be Panathinaikos ‘ new signing. As Eurohoops previously reported, the former NBA player will complement Ergin Ataman’s frontcourt.

The Turkish coach confirmed it during the presser after the win against Peristeri in the GBL. The initial contract will be for two months, as he said, and after that, they’ll decide if they can keep him for the rest of the season.

“Tomorrow we hope he’ll be in Athens. And after the medical test, if he is ready, we’ll try to use him in this double week”, said in Peristeri. “Faried is a player with a two-month guaranteed contract, and then we’ll decide if he stays with us or not”, confirmed about the new player.
