Love was in the air at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library’s Main Library on Saturday.
Romance novel fans including Emily Collins and Tayler Lewis, both of Perrysburg, walked around the library to speak with more than 50 local and nationally renowned romance authors during the library’s 2nd annual Romance-Con.
“Romance is the most well loved genre,” said Allison Fiscus, adult services coordinator for the Toledo Lucas County Public Library. “It’s the genre that props up the entire publishing industry, and it’s often that thing that people think we shouldn’t be talking about. But the truth is that they are the most popular books that you will ever find, and this event is a great representation of that.”
