A 'big fire' has broken out tonight. Pictures from the scene show flames lighting up the nightsky and a fire engine on Lockley Street, in Northwood .

The incident was ongoing at around 7pm tonight.

One StokeonTrentLive reader said: "The fire engine has stopped at the bottom of Lockley Street. It looks like a big fire."

StokeonTrentLive has approached Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service for a statement following tonight's incident.
