Emergency services have descended on a Stoke-on-Trent street tonight. Police, paramedics and firefighters have all been scrambled to Bentley Road, in Chell Heath .

StokeonTrentLive was alerted to the incident at around 4.45pm this afternoon. An air ambulance also landed at the height of the emergency services response.

One StokeonTrentLive reader said: "There are five police cars, two ambulances and a fire engine on the street and an air ambulance on the Chell Heath pitches."

StokeonTrentLive has approached Staffordshire Police , Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service and West Midlands Ambulance Service for statements regarding this unfolding incident. Any witnesses can call the police on 101.
