PATNA: Union home minister Amit Shah on Saturday accused the Congress and RJD of sheltering infiltrators and vowed to remove them and their illegal enterprises from Bihar within five years. Addressing rallies in Purnia, Katihar and Supaul on the penultimate day of campaigning for the second phase of assembly polls on Nov 11, Shah said the issue of “ghuspaithiyas” was not merely electoral fodder but a matter of national security for the NDA. “Rahul Baba wants to turn Seemanchal into a stronghold of infiltrators. We will expel the infiltrators from the country and also raze their encroachments to the ground,” Shah said.
