WELLS, Maine — Wells police are investigating a string of reported motor vehicle burglaries that occurred overnight Friday into early Saturday morning.
According to a news release issued by the department, several vehicles were burglarized between 10 p.m. Friday and 2 a.m. Saturday between the post office and north toward Kennebunk.
Police did not list a specific street or streets, and no suspect or suspects were identified in the news release.
Police are asking that people who live or own businesses in the area review security camera footage for any suspicious activity and to share the footage with them.
