MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) -- One person was hurt and another detained following a Saturday afternoon assault at a Myrtle Beach apartment complex, police said.

It happened just after 4 p.m. in the 2000 block of Greens Boulevard in the Quail Marsh area.

Authorities said a person was sent to the hospital with undisclosed injuries, and an increased law enforcement presence will remain in the area as the investigation continues.
