These are the top baby names for 2025, according to the report.

Meet Generation Beta — and no, that’s not the latest iPhone update. It’s the newest crop of babies who are already cooler, trendier, and probably better dressed than most of us.

According to BabyCenter’s annual report, Noah and Olivia are still holding their crowns as the top baby names of 2025, proving that some things — like sleepless nights and snack-stained onesies — never go out of style.

But there’s been a shake-up in the crib.

Eliana jumped from No. 14 to No. 7, while Aurora made her first-ever top 10 appearance, bumping Ava and Luna off their celestial pedestals.

For the boys, Luca made a comeback at No. 10 after taking a nap outside the top ranks last year.

The new trends shaping 2026 are as wild as a toddler on a sugar high.

Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter is inspiring parents to saddle up with names like Rose and Willie, while the Backstreet Boys (yes, really) are back, influencing the next generation with rising choices like Nick, Lance, and Howie, according to the report

Meanwhile, binge-watchers are pulling baby names from everywhere — Conrad and Isabel from The Summer I Turned Pretty, Helena from Severance, and even Belinda from White Lotus.

NBA and WNBA stars are joining the trend too, with names like Jalen, Kelsey, and Courtney climbing up faster than a toddler escaping bedtime.

Classic literature’s making a comeback too — because nothing says “old soul” like a baby Holden who refuses to nap. Sawyer, Finn, and Daisy are also up, proving that a good book never really goes out of fashion.

As for names on the way out? Blake and Justin have dropped — apparently, drama doesn’t look good on a birth certificate.

BabyCenter says the data comes from more than 350,000 babies born in 2025.

That’s a lot of tiny humans — and even more sleepless nights.

“This is the first year of Generation Beta babies,” says Robin Hilmantel, senior director of editorial strategy and growth at BabyCenter. “Our data shows how deeply pop culture – down to popular TikTok aesthetics – is widening new parents’ circles of influence."

"The baby-naming process has gotten so much more creative, while also sticking to long-held rules – like if a name is embroiled in controversy, we’ll see it drop from the spotlight.”

So whether you’re team Eliana, Luca, or naming your kid Juniper after your favorite candle, or Juliet, one thing’s for sure: these Beta babies are already setting the trends.
