A teenager has been arrested after a tip-off to police about alleged drug dealing in a Cotswolds town.

Gloucestershire police said the North Cotswolds team executed a warrant on Saturday November 8 at an address in Chipping Campden after police received intelligence regarding drug dealing at the address.

They said: "Officers located and seized a quantity of suspected class A drugs, items associated with the supply of controlled drugs, a large amount of cash and electronical devices, which will be examined for drug supply."

As a consequence a 19-year-old male from Chipping Campden was arrested and has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
