One person was charged with refusing to supply a breath sample at a Friday RIDE spot check in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Regional Police were carrying out the RIDE spot check program when a driver refused to comply with the screening device demand, said police in a media release. He was subsequently arrested. The person’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
