Bill Jeffcoat, president of the organization, is a Vietnam veteran who said they work to provide service dogs for veterans in need.
But to do what they need to do, they need the support of the public, as sponsoring a service dog can cost tens of thousands of dollars.
Jeffcoat said there is a need for dozens of service dogs in the region.
There is also an effort to build a state-of-the-art campus to breed, raise and train service dogs on a piece of property purchased by Guardian Angel Medical Service Dogs in Washington County.
