BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WFSB) - Emergency crews responded to a crash in Bridgeport on Sunday.

Officers were called to the area of Fairfield Avenue and Ellsworth Street after a report of a crash involving two vehicles, the police department said.

When crews arrived, they found a collision between a motorcyclist and a pick up truck.

Officials said the motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital for broken bones.

The driver of the pick up truck remained on scene.

Police confirmed that no arrests were made.

This incident remains under investigation.

No further details were released.
