A 20-year-old student was struck and killed by a hit and run driver while jogging last week.

Elsa McGrain, was out jogging at around 6pm on Thursday near the Lawrence Regional Airport, west of Kansas City, when tragedy struck. The University of Kansas student was hit and her body lay undiscovered for nearly 10 hours, Douglas County Sheriff's Office says.
