Big Brother Australia suffered a huge technical blunder at the end of Sunday night's premiere as some viewers ran into difficulty taking part in this season's first vote.
Host Mel Tracina announced at the end of the launch episode that viewers could decide the fate of two potential housemates by casting a vote on who they wanted to see enter the house in Dreamworld, on the Gold Coast.
Fans were told they could vote online to choose whether the 13th housemate would be 67-year-old Jane or 36-year-old Mitch, with the winning contestant entering the house on Monday night.
A QR code flashed on screens which took viewers to 10's app - but fans were left unable to cast a vote.
