Three years ago, Chana and Todd Baron discovered pickleball, and it quickly became their passion.

The longtime Teaneck residents were avid athletes who enjoyed biking, kayaking and skiing. But they were instantly smitten with the trendy paddle sport because it's a physical outlet that caters to a variety of ages and skill levels.

Now the couple want to spread their pickleball fever through the new 40,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art indoor pickleball facility they are opening in Watchung next month.

Pickleball Kingdom Watchung will offer coaching and clinics for participants of all skill levels, as well as leagues and tournaments, and community and corporate events.
