A Waterloo sex offender has been arrested after children slept over at his house in September, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 33 year old Jesse Bowser has been charged with Child Endangerment. Police say that on September 7 th Bowser’s girlfriend’s three children, all between the ages of 5 and 8, stayed overnight at Bowser’s home. One child slept in the same bed as Bowser and his girlfriend. That would be against Bowser’s probation for a 2013 conviction of Lascivious Acts with a Child. Bowser’s victim in that case was 13 while he was 20.
