A woman listed a ridiculous item on Vinted as part of a challenge and was stunned when she received a £30,000 bid.

Social media manager and content creator Hattie Carter from Cambridgeshire was adding items to the second-hand fashion platform alongside her 10-year-old nephew last week when he challenged her to list a savoury cracker.

Following some playful banter between the duo, Hattie chose to upload the snack with the description 'one of one, cracker, delicious'.

Before long, the aunt's mobile was flooded with alerts from Vinted about the listing.

She shared details of the peculiar occurrence on her TikTok profile, where she revealed precisely what unfolded.

Hattie explained: "We listed it for £1. We tried for a penny but it wouldn't let us.
