UPDATE: The trial against the man charged with a deadly crash on Frazier Avenue in 2023 will be delayed once again.

As of November 10, the trial has been set to begin on June 2, 2026. Randy Vega will be back in court on March 25 for a status hearing.

Vega is charged with DUI, two counts of vehicular homicide, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, aggravated vehicular assault, and failure to maintain lane.

41-year-old Anna Posso Rodriguez and her 1-year-old son Johnthan Delvia died in the crash. Husband and father Octavio Delvia Paz was critically injured in the crash.

He remains in the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center.
