MARION, Ill. (KFVS) - The Marion VA Health Care System is set to host a milestone celebration on Monday, November 10.

The Marion VA is celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States Marine Corps with a ceremony and reception at the VA’s Behavioral Health Building at 1:30 p.m.

This is on the main VA campus.

All Marines are invited.

Then on Tuesday, Veterans Day, the VA will host a brunch at 9 a.m. for veterans, followed by a formal ceremony at 11 a.m. at the main medical center.

Several veteran service and community organizations are partnering up for the event.
