MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 32-year-old woman has been charged in connection with the shooting death of Concordia University student 26-year-old Ariel Spillner.
Jamica Mills now faces one count of first-degree reckless homicide, use of a dangerous weapon.

According to a criminal complaint, both Mills and Spillner were found the evening on Tuesday, Nov. 4, shot inside a residence. Spillner was pronounced dead at the scene.

The criminal complaint says Mills, who was shot in the abdomen, was combative at the scene and continued to be combative to staff at Froedtert Hospital where she was treated.
