DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (WEVV) — An investigation is underway after a "kill list" was confiscated from two elementary schoolers in Hopkins County.
A statement from the Dawson Springs Independent School District says the incident happened Monday morning.
According to the district, it was learned that two elementary-aged girls were in possession of a "kill list" in class.
The district says the teacher immediately confiscated the list, and that the girls were removed from class and are "being dealt with on multiple levels."
At this time, the district says it appears there's no immediate threat.
