A 47-year-old Texas man allegedly killed two men at a Shelby Township used-vehicle lot over his complaints over a $2,500 Hummer vehicle.
Terrence Jermaine Sandles, who was recently living in a Romulus hotel, was formally charged Monday in 41A District Court with two counts of first-degree murder, armed robbery and drug and weapons charges for the slayings of Marvan Batoo, 40, of Shelby Township, and Ghaith Baban, 48, of Clinton Township, whose bodies were found Friday at the business. Batoo was the owner of the business, according to the Michigan Secretary of State’s online business directory.
