FARMINGTON, Arkansas — A 30-year-old woman died and several others were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 62 in Farmington on Nov. 5, according to a Farmington Police Department (FPD) report.
The report says the driver of a Nissan entered the roadway and tried to turn left when they were struck by a Dodge traveling westbound. The impact of this collision reportedly caused the Dodge to go into the other lane, striking a Toyota traveling eastbound head-on.
The collision happened around 5:43 p.m. on Nov. 5 near 12166 West Highway 62 in Farmington.
Nikki Stewart of Farmington, who was a passenger in the Toyota, died after the crash, FPD said. Four other people, including one minor, were also injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
