Circleville, Ohio – November 4, 2025 – A 17-year-old driver was cited for failure to yield after turning left into the path of an oncoming semi-truck Tuesday morning on East Main Street, sending himself and his 15-year-old passenger to the hospital with minor injuries, Circleville Police reported.

The crash happened at 7:24 a.m. at the intersection of East Main Street (State Route 22) and State Route 56 under clear daylight conditions on dry pavement.

The 17 year old teen, of Circleville, was driving a 2007 gray Honda Civic eastbound on East Main Street with his 15-year-old brother.
