A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Monday at 4:13 p.m. for lake effect snow until 5:15 p.m. for Northern Erie and Southern Erie as well as Crawford County.
"At 4:12 p.m., radar indicated an intense lake effect snow band along a line extending from 14 miles north of Conneaut to near Adamsville, moving southeast at 35 mph," says the weather service.
Locations impacted by the alert include Ashtabula, Meadville, Conneaut, Edinboro, Girard, North Kingsville, Albion, Andover, Linesville, Adamsville, Pymatuning Central, Harmonsburg, Pymatuning North, Atlantic, Lake City, Kingsville, Pierpont, Cochranton, Saegertown and Cherry Valley.
