Low-interest disaster loans are now available to flood-impacted homeowners, renters, nonprofits and businesses through the U.S. Small Business Administration, according to an official release from Brevard County Emergency Management.

The disaster loans are available to help with repairs, rebuilding, and recovery costs not fully covered by insurance.

Residents can apply online here . They can also call 1-800-659-2955, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Brevard County Emergency Management said it is working with the SBA to establish a center in North Brevard where flood-impacted residents can meet with SBA representatives to ask questions, learn about the application process, and receive assistance completing disaster loan applications.
