JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: The missing 9-year-old was found safe just before 7 p.m., according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. An agency spokesperson said he was spotted walking home by officers and returned safely to his family.

He is described as being 4'11" and 95 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing white shorts with black shoes and a black shirt.
