DOUGLAS COUNTY, Mo. — A Lebanon man has been arrested after officials responded to an armed robbery at a gas station on Friday, November 7.
According to online court dockets, Bryan Arnold, born 1987, has been charged with first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and stealing - physically taking.
The probable cause statement says that an officer with the Ava Police Department responded to Murphy's USA gas station on a report of a man wearing a black jacket, orange pants and a gray hat who robbed the location. The man had reportedly fled in a black Chevy Impala traveling east on Springfield Road in Ava.
During the same time of the incident, a woman entered the police department, stating seeing a white male with a similar description attempting to "break" into a white van.
