WICHITA, Kan. (Wichita Business Journal) - An Oklahoma-based modular homebuilder is seeking to enter the Wichita market to help address the city's housing shortage.

Prime Craftsman Homes, based out of Tulsa, is working with Wichita's HOPE Community Development Corporation and the Wichita Affordable Housing Fund to initially bring five of its modular homes to a plot of land at 1434 N. Estelle, near 13th and Grove.
