MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. — ABC57’s Dante Stanton spoke with Marshall County EMA Monday about slick conditions throughout the area.
EMA Director, Jack Garner, said that the majority of their calls were related to slide offs, especially on state highways.
A prime example was a semi headed south on U.S. 31, which jack-knifed and tipped its trailer onto the side of the road, blocking traffic for about two hours.
The county will monitor road conditions throughout the day Monday and into Tuesday morning to help determine whether or not local schools should return to in-person classes. Share
