Cheesecake was a small stray wandering the streets of Oklahoma until she was rescued by the organization A Friend of Jack.

Not long after, Iliana Broad learned that this gentle pup was in need of a foster home. The moment Iliana saw Cheesecake, she was captivated and instantly decided she wanted to care for her.

Cheesecake Begins A New Life

Since Iliana lived in Denver, Cheesecake had to travel from Oklahoma by plane . The pup appeared thrilled for the journey, eager to leave her uncertain past behind for a more secure and loving environment.

“At that stage, our goal is really just to make sure the new foster settles in OK, eats food and starts filling out and gaining weight, and can get some rest,” said Iliana.
