FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A Fresno BBQ house is getting back to the real meaning of Thanksgiving this holiday season with a new annual tradition.

"Times are tough, and they're about to get tougher for a lot of people," BenSmokin's owner Bernard Paul Mendoza III said. "We know you're hard-working people, and there's going to be a choice between paying a bill or buying Thanksgiving for your family. Please, pay your bills and let us treat you to a full turkey meal this year."

Mendoza says he and his crew will be providing a full Thanksgiving feast, complete with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, rolls, and dessert.

He plans to have enough ready to feed about 1000 people.
