The teen program at the Erie Center for Arts and Technology (ECAT) lets young people pursue their creative ideas while being around people that give them a sense of belonging, according to one of the students in the program.

Maddy R.'s comment was just one of the many shared by students who attend the ECAT teen program at 650 East Ave. every Wednesday and Thursday in the fall and spring.
