Snow showers and flurries will clear the Outer Banks by 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning with cold winds and sunny skies on tap for Veterans Day. Highs will only reach the mid 40s with wind chills in the 20s and 30s most of the day. Bundle up!

After mid 30s Wednesday morning winds will turn to the southwest lifting the highs to 60° Wednesday afternoon with continued sunny skies.
