Reform UK is looking to sell off a large office block in Maidstone worth £3.3 million with it 'clearly a possibility' for the site to be targeted by London boroughs to then convert it into 'high density studio one bedroom flats' to 'house the homeless', confidential papers show. Documents, seen by the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS), warn Invicta House could be attractive to councils around London which are short of housing.
