A planning inspector has ruled mobile homes, a caravan, parked vehicles and a shipping container must be moved from a campsite behind a former Kent pub. As KentLive previously reported, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council issued an enforcement notice to the landowner , who also owns The Knoxbridge pub in Frittenden.
The council said what was on the site, including vehicle storage, was an unauthorised change of use from a mix of agricultural land and a campsite. Johnny Crittenden said he inherited the pub and land beside the A229, north of Cranbrook and south of Staplehurst, from his grandfather.
