Governments across the world are now updating their travel advisory for India, after a fatal explosion. A few hours ago, the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi issued a travel alert . At the same time, the Canadian government updated its travel advisory .

The explosion occurred at 6:52 pm (13:52 GMT), during rush hour, near a metro station popular among tourists. Unfortunately, at least 13 people have lost their lives, while 20 have been injured.
