ST. PAUL, Minn. — Minnesota agencies investigating the June 14 attacks on state lawmakers have enlisted the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) for an after-action report. This review will assess the law enforcement response to the incident, which involved a 43-hour manhunt resulting in the arrest of Vance Boelter. Boelter faces charges for the murder of Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark, and their family dog, as well as the shooting of State Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette.
