VILLAGE OF OREGON, Wis. (WKOW) — A student is okay after being hit by an Oregon School District bus on Monday.
The crash happened on Union Road, according to a letter sent to families from the district superintendent.
Emergency personnel were called to the scene. The student involved was checked out and released to their family. The student ended up going to the hospital and is now recovering from their injuries at home, family told 27 News.
About 10 other students were on the bus at the time. No one riding the bus was hurt. The remaining riders were transferred to another bus and dropped off at their after school destinations.
