A large crowd gathered at the All Veterans Memorial Tuesday morning, intent on honoring all those who have served in the U.S. Military. Kevin Hadley, retired Lieutenant Colonel, spoke on service, sacrifice, and community during his featured guest address.

Hadley commanded multiple regiments, including the 4th Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, 1st Battalion, and 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment. He served with the 1st Infantry Division, 2nd Infantry Division, and the 4th Infantry Division, the 82nd Airborne Division and the 18th Airborne Corps, as well as at the Pentagon as a staffer for a U.S. Senator. Hadley also qualified as an airborne ranger and a jumpmaster.

Hadley retired in 2023 after 21 years of commissioned service and five combat tours to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Jordan. He has
