HILO, Hawaii (Island News) – The Hawaii Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two persons of interest in connection with a theft incident that took place back in October.

According to police, the incident took place at a business on the 300 block of Keawa St. in Hilo on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025.

Surveillance video was able to capture images of two men inside of the business prior to the incident.

No other details were provided regarding what was stolen.

Both of the men are described as locals in their 20s. One is about 5’10” tall, 165 lbs., with a mustache and a dark complexion. The second man is about 5’4” tall, 130 lbs., and has a tattoo on his right arm.
