State University of New York Chancellor John B. King Jr. announced Tuesday, Nov. 11 the launch of the SUNY Military Tuition Rate Program. The new system-wide initiative “will ensure SUNY’s academic excellence is fully affordable for active-duty service members, members of the National Guard, and members of the Reserves,” according to a news release from King’s office.
SUNY Oneonta will be among the first schools to offer the program, offering the new rate for the upcoming spring semester.
