FARGO — Fargo has a new indoor entertainment option this winter: a warehouse full of slides.
Slick City Fargo opens Friday, Nov. 14, offering more than 30,000 square feet of sliding fun. The park features slides with names like “the big wave” and “the avalanche,” and sliding technology designed by a former NASA engineer.
“Like a water park, but you don’t get wet,” said Dan Bryant, managing member of Slick City Fargo. “The response has been just phenomenal. I mean, we couldn’t have asked for a better response so far. So really excited about that.”
The idea came to Bryant three years ago after visiting a friend who ran a Slick City location in St. Louis.
“At the time, I’m like, this is really interesting, right slides. So I immediately knew that there was not enough to do in Fargo,” Brya
