The third and final man has pleaded guilty to the alleged sexual abuse of two teenagers at a Waterloo hotel in 2018, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 35 year old Johnny Jackson pleaded guilty to one count of third degree Sexual Abuse as jurors were being assembled for his trial. Jackson along with Robert Washington and Curtis Lloyd brought two 15 year old girls to a downtown Waterloo hotel and provided them with alcohol in May of 2018 and sexually abused them. Jackson faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced at a later date. Washington pleaded guilty to sexual abuse charges and was sentenced to prison. He has since been released.
