ALDERSON W.Va. (WVDN) – According to a criminal complaint, on Nov. 5, officers responded to a domestic in the vicinity of Alderson. Greenbrier County Dispatch advised the officers that the accused, later identified as Regina Smith, had allegedly knocked out the window of the residence with a rake. Officers were also told that the exchange with the accused had been physical.
When the officers arrived at the residence, they made contact with the accused. Smith was sitting in front of a camper. The officers frisked Smith for weapons and began questioning her about the events of the night. Officers asked Smith where her boyfriend was, and she reportedly said inside.
